A few quick answers.
Is every pickup $299?
No. $299 is the starting price, not a guaranteed flat rate. Your final quote depends on volume, materials, weight, access and location.
When do I pay the deposit?
Only after we review your photos and approve your quote and pickup window. The deposit is a percentage of the approved total, shown before you pay.
How does Zelle payment work?
Your approved request shows the recipient details and deposit amount. Pay through your bank’s Zelle service. We manually verify receipt before confirming pickup. This website never asks for bank login details.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The business’s cancellation and deposit policy appears with your approved quote. Read it before sending payment. Contact us directly to request changes.
Can you take construction materials?
Submit photos and describe the materials. Dense debris such as concrete, tile, dirt and roofing requires a weight review and may be limited or declined. No hazardous waste is accepted.
